Creating an account
Open Sign in → Student and choose Create an account. Enter your name, email and a password of at least 10 characters. You’re signed in right away and taken to your student dashboard.
Signing in and passwords
Use Sign in → Student with the email and password you registered with. Forgot it? Use Forgot password and we’ll email a reset link that works for one hour. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
You can change your name, email, password and newsletter preference any time under My account → Settings.
After several failed attempts, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes to protect your account.
Enrolling in a course
Open Courses, pick a course, and choose Enroll for free. Free courses are added to your dashboard instantly. Paid enrollment is coming soon.
Watching lessons and tracking progress
Your student dashboard lists every course you’re enrolled in with a progress bar. Open a course to watch its lessons in order, and mark each lesson complete when you finish it. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can pick up on any device.
Video troubleshooting
- Refresh the page and press play again.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox), or turn off ad and script blockers for 4qls.com.
- On slow connections, lower the quality in the player’s settings (gear icon).
- Corporate networks sometimes block video hosts; try another network if videos never load.

Work through each course in four quarters: Overview (complete the class), Review (read slides and handouts in detail), Detail (practice exams with notes on every miss), and Memorize (memorize your notes and pass a simulated exam). See the full method or download the 4QLS methodology PDF.
